Rake Hand – Start from 23rd March

P&R Surfacing Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Rake Hand to join our growing surfacing team on an ongoing basis, starting 23rd March.

We are a professional road surfacing contractor working across the South West, delivering high-quality asphalt and surfacing projects for local authorities, commercial clients and private customers.

The Role

You will be working as part of an experienced surfacing gang, assisting with the laying and finishing of asphalt to a high standard.

Duties will include:

*

Raking and levelling asphalt

*

Assisting the paver and roller drivers

*

General site duties as required - mainly the North Devon area

*

Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

*

Valid CSCS card (essential)

*

Previous experience in surfacing or groundwork preferred

*

Full UK driving licence beneficial (not essential)

*

Good work ethic and reliability

*

Ability to work early starts and varying site locations

A work van will be provided for the right candidate.
