Electrical Sales Manager wanted for a wholesale Showroom

Salary: £30-38k DOE + Bonus

Location: West London

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Electrical Sales Manager to join our driven team. My Client is known for our top-quality plumbing and heating products, catering to both trade and retail customers.

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the growth of our electrical business, within a Showroom. Your primary focus will be establishing our branch as the go-to destination for all electrical needs and showcasing our extensive product range. Your core responsibility, will be to ensure we not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing trade and retail customers
* Demonstrate capability to manage and deliver to a wide range of customer demands, whilst
driving sales and maximising branch profitability
* Maintain product stock, ensuring the branch has the correct product offering for the
location
* Build a network, create an awareness of the offering and drive the business

Candidate Profile:

* You'll have an innovative and agile approach to identify growth opportunities.
* You'll enjoy working collaboratively with a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst
being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do.

Required skills and competencies:

* Tenacity and resilience
* A proactive approach to sales, with a strong desire and ability to win and grow new
business
* Experience of customer relationship management and developing a true partnership
approach
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven sales track record
* Self-confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative with
minimum supervision or as part of a wider team
* Well presented, credible and professional, instilling trust and confidence in all
interactions
* Ability to interpret basic financial/statistical information
* Previous experience within an electrical or trade retailer/wholesaler preferable.
