An exciting opportunity has come up for a Legal Secretary to join our well-respected legal client in London. This position will be based full time, Monday to Friday, in the residential conveyancing department.
Key duties to include:
* Completing diary management tasks.
* Undertaking filing tasks and sorting through internal database.
* Liaising with key clients via email, telephone or in person.
* Utilising LEAP software and the land registry portal.
* Providing general administrative support to fee earners.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of two year's previous legal secretary experience in a conveyancing department.
* Excellent spelling and grammar.
* Accurate and fast typing speed.
* Strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
