We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established precision engineering business based in Teesside, specialising in CNC machining of bespoke components for a wide range of industrial sectors. Operating medium to large batch production, our client is known for quality, reliability, and fast turnaround.

The role

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components
Work from engineering drawings and part set-up sheets
Maintain tight tolerances and customer deadlines
Carry out self-inspection using measuring equipment
Monitor machine performance and carry out basic checks and adjustments Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator
Experience with CNC turning and/or milling
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
