Machine Operator - South Kent

Rotational Shift Pattern – 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm (40 hour working week)

£13 per hour + generous & regular overtime (1.5x or 2x hourly rate)

Temp to Perm (£27,040 perm salary + OT – significantly increase your earning potential!)

We are looking for reliable Machine Operators to join our client on a full time, temp to perm basis!

Our client is an established and successful organisation within the food production sector who are hiring due to increased business and growth!

Duties include:

Working in a busy food production factory

Preparing machines, setting them to production recipes

Preparing raw materials for production

Stacking all finished products, and any other manual handling required.

Ensuring machines are clean and well always maintained

Any other duties required.

To be considered for this Machine Operator role you will have:

Previous experience operating machinery in a factory-based environment

Ideally worked within Food Production

The ability to speak, write and understand English to a good level

A good understanding of Health & Safety

The ability to start immediately on an ongoing basis

The ability to commit to rotating shifts – 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm Monday to Friday

This role offers the following:
