We are looking for an experienced Architectural professional or Design manager to join a good client based in North Yorkshire. The company are a highly respected Regional Main Contractor who predominantly work within the Commercial sector, with a specialist expertise in facade remediation work. 

The company are successfully growing and have built an excellent team there, attracting staff from expectational backgrounds, creating a constant learning culture and also amazingly friendly work environment. 

Ideally you will need to showcase a demonstrated history leading and delivering projects that include facades / remediation work, or with larger commercial or high rise residential work. Both New build and refurbishment. 

Strong building regulation knowledge and communication skills are essential. You will be responsible for leading the design working alongside external consultants. Support will be given from director level, to help you embed into the role but there is certain scope to further step into a similar level role yourself and look to grow a team. 

The salary is initially paying in between £50,000-£60,000 plus a car allowance and bulked out company package.
