Plasterer / Multi-Trader
Rate: £23.00ph (Personal CIS)
Location: Across South Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours per week
Duration: Ongoing work
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor.
As a Plasterer / Multi-Trader, you will be required to work in void & occupied properties to complete mainly plastering works within either the Damp & Mould team or Repairs & Maintenance team and other multi trader duties (including filling, skimming, painting, plastering and fixing hinges).
Multi-Trader Requirements:
* A Valid CSCS Skilled Card
* 2-3 years’ experience as a Plasterer/Multi Trader (within Residential/New Build Housing settings).
* Own tools and means of transport (Including clean licence)
* Basic DBS Certificate
