PUR Sourcing Associate
Pay Rate: £26.65 per hour (MAX)
Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday to Friday
Contract: 12‑month contract
Location: 4 days on-site, 1 day working from home
About the Role
We are seeking a PUR Sourcing Associate to manage regional professional services procurement activities across the business. This role is ideal for someone proactive, solutions-oriented, and confident working closely with stakeholders and suppliers in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
You will act as a key point of contact for procurement queries, lead sourcing events, negotiate contracts, and contribute to global category strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage regional professional services sub-categories
Lead category management and negotiation activities
Oversee supplier performance and relationship management
Act as the regional contact for key stakeholders
Deliver the end-to-end procurement process for professional services
Support stakeholders across the business with sourcing needs and supplier selection
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs and SOWs
Run structured sourcing processes such as quotes and RFPs
Handle supplier performance issues and maintain strong supplier relationships
Collaborate with the global team on category strategies and cost-saving initiatives
Serve as the go-to resource for procurement support, answering day-to-day queries
Preferred Experience
Background in Indirect Procurement, Sourcing, or Professional Services
Any procurement experience is considered beneficial
Skills & Competencies
Strong category management and negotiation experience
Knowledge of local regulations (advantageous)
Ability to develop regional market insights and understand competitive landscapes
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Education
A-Level or above
Degree-level education preferred
