Tradewind Education is recruiting for a range of Teaching Assistant positions in schools across Chesham & Buckinghamshire. This opportunity includes placements in both mainstream secondary schools and specialist SEN provisions.

The Role:

Supportive staff teams and structured training
Opportunities across a range of year groups and needs
Clear behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
Potential routes into teaching or long-term roles

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in class to access learning
Provide small-group or one-to-one intervention
Assist with classroom preparation and resources
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Support students with additional needs where required

Requirements:

Experience working with children or young people (essential)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, proactive attitude
Experience supporting SEN (preferred but not essential)
