The Team & Focus of the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager/Associate to join our growing Southern Residential & Rural Agency Team, based in our modern Banbury office.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll bring a proven track record in market appraisals and the ability to efficiently grow a portfolio of properties for sale through established networks and by building an independent client base. We operate across Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, and Northamptonshire, specialising in rural and prime property sales, land transactions, and auctions.

What we offer:

* Permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours, Monday - Friday)

* Saturday rota (1 in 3 maximum)

* Initial office-based requirement, with flexibility for occasional home working after the first few months

* Competitive salary and benefits package

If you’re ambitious, client-focused, and ready to make an impact in a thriving team, we’d love to hear from you.

In return, beyond your base salary you will receive:

* A discretionary bonus scheme

* Commission scheme

* Company car/Car allowance

* Structured training opportunities

* A generous holiday scheme which commences at 25 days with a sliding scale up to 30 days, plus an additional day for your birthday, and additional days to cover the festive period (subject to Agency operational needs)

* Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave

* An online money saving portal

* Death In Service cover, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme which includes health appoints for you and your family

* Volunteering Leave equating to 2 days per year

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

* Working to targets and KPI’s

* Appraising a broad range of rural and residential properties, to include land sales, and preparing them for marketing

* Regular communication with clients

* Undertaking property viewings

* Negotiation and sales progression

* Providing exceptional customer service

The successful candidate will have...

* Previous estate agency experience and ability to demonstrate a strong track record of winning business, delivering first class client care, and delivering impressive sales results

* Technically robust property knowledge

* A strong understanding of necessary compliance

* Excellent customer service and sales skills

* Clear and professional communication skills with both written and verbal communication

* Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills

* A results driven approach

* A full UK driving licence and wiliness to travel
