Description

Manage and oversee daily home care operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
Ensure compliance with care regulations and organisational policies at all times.
Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to achieve performance targets.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
