Job Title: Account Handler – Directors & Officers
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

You’ll be joining the Management Liability / Financial Lines team, a key division within the business that advises clients at board level on exposures, protects senior leaders, and helps shape risk strategies. Manage a portfolio of existing clients, handling renewals, adjustments, and day-to-day servicing
Support the wider team with renewal preparation, market presentations, and client documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurers
Obtain and present quotations for new and renewal business
Ensure all documentation and client communication is accurate and compliant
Contribute to team initiatives and help streamline smaller client processes using internal systems and facilities
Keep up to date with market developments and regulatory changes affecting management liability insuranceWhat They’re Looking For:
Experience within commercial insurance (D&O experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong communication skills with a genuine client-first approach
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ideally CII qualified or working towards it
A proactive, motivated attitude and willingness to develop knowledge within financial linesWhat’s on Offer:
