Position: Mechanic
Location: Salisbury
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (42.5 hours/week) + Saturday rota (paid)

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs across the full model range

Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and fault finding using advanced diagnostic equipment

Carry out disassembly/assembly procedures including transmission and engine repairs

Assist in fitting additional systems and components as required

Independently perform final inspections and function testing following repair work

Support and guide junior technicians in extensive repair tasks

Accurately complete and maintain service documentation and warranty processes

Communicate directly with customers and service advisors when needed

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Certification in Automotive Vehicle Servicing & Repair (or equivalent)

At least 2 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a main dealer environment

Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A full UK driving licence is essential
