Are you a dynamic and motivated Qualified PE Teacher with a passion for inspiring students through physical education? Prospero Teaching is working closely with a number of excellent schools in Portsmouth and nearby areas who are looking for experienced and enthusiastic PE specialists to join their teams this September.

We're seeking individuals who are not only qualified but also driven, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running. If you're committed to delivering high-quality PE lessons and fostering a love for sport and fitness in young people, we want to hear from you!

? Position Details:

Location: Portsmouth and surrounding areas
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent or Permanent
Daily Pay: £162.32 - £223.62 (based on experience)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 15:30 PM (plus occasional after-school duties)

✅ Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Specialism in Physical Education
Minimum 1 year of UK teaching experience
Up-to-date Safeguarding training (within the last 12 months)
Right to Work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Two professional references (preferably child-related)
Willingness to complete full registration and compliance documentation
