Description

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in line with company procedures.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Handle invoice processing and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Contribute to budget tracking and forecasting activities as required.
Respond to internal and external financial queries in a timely manner.
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

Have gained experience in a similar Finance Assistant Purchase/Sales Ledger role
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
A detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills.
A willingness to pursue further qualifications with study support provided.
Motivated and Ambitious to progress
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Job Offer

A competitive salary in the range of £27,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
