Are you a highly skilled Diagnostic Technician looking for a long term career move in a specialist, well run workshop environment?

This is a standout opportunity for a strong Senior Diagnostic Technician who enjoys complex fault finding, advanced repairs and working on both cars and commercial vehicles.

This role is focused on quality diagnostic and repair work, not volume or fast fit. You will be trusted to work independently, diagnosing faults, carrying out engine out work and completing heavy ramp repairs to a high standard.

The business is open to experienced HGV Technicians who are looking to step sideways into cars and commercial vehicles, provided diagnostic ability and repair knowledge are strong.

The role

Senior Diagnostic Technician role covering cars and commercial vehicles
Advanced diagnostics and fault finding
Engine out work and complex mechanical repairs
Working as part of a small, experienced specialist team
Salary and hours

OTE circa £44,000

Monday to Friday only

Hours 8.00am to 5.30pm

No weekends

The person

Proven Senior Diagnostic Technician or strong Diagnostic Technician ready to step up
Confident diagnosing faults independently
Able to carry out complex repairs including engine out work
Experience with cars and commercial vehicles
Ideally Level 3 qualified
Strong Level 2 candidates considered with the right experience
HGV technicians welcome if looking to transition into cars and commercials
