This September, a number of mainstream and specialist schools across Hertfordshire are on the lookout for Primary Teaching Assistants who are ready to support children who need a little extra care and attention.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting teachers in Hertfordshire's primary and secondary schools
* Working with children with special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Offering focused support to pupils 1:1 or in small groups to boost their confidence and engagement
* Helping children build essential skills in communication, concentration, and emotional regulation
* Learning from inside the classroom what inclusive, child-centred teaching really looks like

Who You Are
* A graduate from any subject background, driven by a desire to make a positive difference
* Calm, compassionate, and a strong communicator
* Experienced with - or simply great at connecting with - young people
* Adaptable, open-minded, and eager to learn
* No teaching qualifications needed - just a genuine commitment to helping children thrive
