The Role
As the Logistics Operations Capacity Lead, you'll:
* Own and manage the integration of warehouse capacity data from third-party logistics (3PL) providers into the overall logistics plan.
* Consolidate warehouse capacity and inventory updates to identify risks, constraints, and actionable mitigations.
* Collaborate with Planning, Construction Logistics, and Site Operations to forecast and align logistics needs with the project's 12-month rolling plan.
* Assess and review 3PL performance using operational data to support continuous improvement.
* Monitor and escalate capacity issues, track mitigation progress, and support the Senior Logistics Planning Manager with high-quality data and insights.
* Contribute to performance governance forums, support weekly pulse meetings, and feed into broader Logistics KPIs.
* Help ensure logistics planning aligns with the project's safety-first, zero-carbon, on-time delivery objectives.

Who we're looking for
We're seeking a highly capable and detail-driven logistics professional with:
* 5+ years' experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Planning - preferably within nuclear, infrastructure, engineering, aerospace, or other regulated sectors.
* Proven ability to manage data from 3PL systems and warehouse operations, with a focus on capacity and inventory planning.
* Experience interpreting logistics KPIs, analysing constraints, and proposing tactical solutions.
* Excellent communication skills - able to liaise confidently across internal stakeholders, 3PLs, construction, and operations.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Tools
* WMS & inventory/capacity tracking systems
* Power BI, Excel, MS Office
* Primavera P6 (desirable)
* Logistics or supply chain planning software

What's in It for You
* Be Part of History: Work on the UK's first new nuclear power station in a generation.
* Scale & Impact: Over 22,000 workers contributing to a £36 billion project that supports 70,000+ UK jobs.
* Net Zero Future: Contribute to a project essential to Britain's low-carbon energy transformation.
* Career Development: Work in a multi-disciplinary environment with exposure to high-level planning and world-class logistics operations.
