Learning Support Assistant (LSA)- Tonbridge, Kent

As a Learning Support Assistant you enjoy teaching but prefer small groups and working with individuals. We hear you! This is such a valuable skill that is in demand and schools are looking for people like you at this very moment.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will be used to or willing to gain experience working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis with children who require additional support in the classroom, such as those with Autism or ADHD.

As a Learning Support Assistant you are aware this role requires patience, empathy, a calm presence, the ability to think on your feet, and bundles of enthusiasm!

Information on the Learning Support Assistant role:

Location- Tonbridge, Kent

Pay- £85-100 per day. This is equivalent to £425-£500 per week Full-Time. Day rate is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Hours- 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.

Contract- Day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles available.

Year- Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7-11). Some roles available in Key Stage 5 (Years 12 & 13).

Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.
