Become a key member of our thriving Property Management team and play a vital role in delivering a first-class service to our residential properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for a high-quality service delivery and exceptional efficiency in running our developments, in accordance with RICS and ARMA-Q best practice. 
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties with exceptional efficiency and service delivery- Collaborate with a talented team to ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and procedures- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our property management systems and reporting

Preferred Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of current property management legislation and best practices
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise across various projects and portfolio priorities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with a range of stakeholders
Experience with cladding remediation and major projects
Financial acumen and excellent budget management experience Preferred Qualifications

Experience reporting to freeholders, management companies, and other stakeholders
