Are you a compassionate, reliable, and experienced support worker looking to make a real difference in someones life? We are currently seeking dedicated Adult Support Workers to join our team in Shaftesbury, Dorset.

About the Role
You will be supporting adults in their own homes or within supported living environments, helping them maintain independence and live safely and comfortably.

The role includes:
· Providing personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene support)
· Assisting with daily living tasks
· Supporting with mobility
· Promoting independence and wellbeing
· Accurate record keeping and reporting

What Were Looking For
· Previous experience in adult care or support work
· A caring, patient, and professional approach
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliability and commitment
· DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay & Hours
· GBP15 per hour
· Flexible shifts available - full-time, part-time, or bank
