Title: HGV Workshop Manager – DAYS | Up to £60K OTE | Company Vehicle Provided

Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Salary: £52,000 basic + 15% Bonus

Are you an experienced HGV Fleet Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a driven, hands-on Workshop Manager to oversee operations across a VMU. This is a pivotal role with strong leadership responsibility and real potential for career growth.

The Role:

Lead and manage day-to-day depot operations across the site.
Oversee all aspects of HGV fleet performance, safety, and compliance.
Ensure legal and regulatory standards are always met.
Inspire, motivate, and lead teams to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and implement process improvements.Requirements:

Previous experience in HGV Fleet Management – essential.
Strong leadership skills with a background in managing teams.
Solid understanding of transport compliance and industry standards.
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites (vehicle provided).What’s on Offer:
