     My client is looking for an HRIS Generalist to join an HR Operations team. This data-focused role is perfect for a graduate with an interest in HR and data, or an experienced HR professional who is creative-minded, eager to learn, and skilled in accurate data input. Strong Excel, process improvement, and data analysis skills are a plus. The successful candidate will help streamline HR processes, manage HR data, and support future initiatives, including automation and AI projects.
Location: Cambridge shire – On-site 5 days per week 
Hours: Full-time - Permanent 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyse HR data using HRIS (SAP)
Streamline HR processes and support operational HR projects
Support payroll and benefits administration as required
Conduct data tasks, including Excel-based exercises 
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Data-savvy with experience in HRIS (SAP preferred)
Comfortable with coding, automation, or AI-related HR processes
Confident communicator, able to work with international employees
Detail-oriented, methodical, and organised
