Who We Are Looking For:

* You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent, relevant teaching qualification.

* You will possess a strong academic degree in English Literature, Language, or a closely related humanities field.

* You will have proven experience teaching English successfully across all key stages, with a particular strength in A-Level preparation.

* You will demonstrate excellent subject knowledge, a passion for literature, and innovative pedagogical approaches.

* You will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a vibrant classroom environment.
