Senior Electronic Engineer

What you will need

Degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or related field.
Extensive experience with Altium Designer.
Strong knowledge of analogue, digital, and RF PCB design.
Proven ability to take designs from concept to manufacture.
UK national, eligible for security clearance. 
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and produce production-ready PCB layouts and schematics using Altium Designer.
Generate board designs from early-stage concepts through to full layouts and manufacturing data packs.
Engage with PCB manufacturers to supply data and support the manufacturing process.
Develop and test high-density mixed-signal PCB designs.
Interface with software and mechanical teams to define data, power, and mechanical interfaces.
Produce rapid-turnaround prototype boards and hand-soldered R&D builds.
Provide guidance or line management for junior engineers, as required. 
Your experience

PCB design for RF applications including signal isolation, impedance matching, and EMC shielding.
Robust embedded platforms supporting high-speed DSP and SDR applications.
Skilled in prototype testing, rework, and validation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
