About The Role:
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality Business education and inspiring the next generation of professionals? We are seeking a dedicated Business Tutor to join a dynamic Further Education setting in Burton upon Trent. This role involves delivering engaging and industry-relevant instruction across a spectrum of Business and Enterprise programs, ranging from Level 2 to Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver comprehensive Business curriculum content, ensuring alignment with qualification standards and learner needs.
* Utilise innovative teaching methodologies to facilitate effective learning in areas such as leadership, management, marketing, and human resources.
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.

What We're Looking For:
* A relevant degree in Business or a related field.
* Teaching/ tutor qualification or willingness to work towards one.
* Proven experience in delivering Business education at various levels.
* Strong understanding of current industry practices and educational methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
