? What You'll Do
As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our clients supply chain operations-ensuring timely availability of materials, managing inventory levels, and optimising costs to support both customer orders and internal projects.
?️ Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers; onboard new partners to expand their network.
Manage the full procurement lifecycle-from issuing RFQs and sourcing to updating stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Create and manage part numbers and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAGE; interpret technical drawings with confidence.
Support and improve stock control processes, including goods-in and goods-out operations.✅ What You Bring
Proven experience in buying/planning within a manufacturing or factory environment.
Strong supplier account management skills and experience working with global customers.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAGE and ERP systems is highly desirable.
