Job Description:

We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Labourer to join our team in Ashford. This role involves supporting a range of tasks on-site, including site preparation, manual handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople.

Whether you’re experienced or looking to get started in the industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with general site duties and keeping the site clean and safe

Loading and unloading materials

Supporting tradesmen (e.g. carpenters, bricklayers, electricians)

Moving tools and equipment as needed

Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good level of physical fitness

Punctual and dependable

Valid CSCS card (preferred but not always essential)

Own transport is an advantage
