We are looking for an Engineering Shift Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Engineering Shift Manager, will be responsible for:

Managing a team of engineers.
*
Ensuring all equipment and services are maintained and operating safely.
*
Ensuring all KPIs are consistently met.
*
Overseeing the completion of all planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates.
*
Ensuring reactive maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with priority levels.
*
Supporting compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards.
*
Participating in the call-out rota as required.
To be successful for this Engineering Shift Manager role you must have:

City and Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
*
HVAP qualification and relevant high-voltage experience.
*
IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
*
IEE 18th Edition Regulations certification (ideal).
*
Equivalent mechanical qualifications may also be acceptable with suitable experience.
*
Previous experience working within a critical environment, such as a data centre (preferred).
*
Strong knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
*
Proficiency in using IT systems
*
UK citizenship, with the ability to obtain SC and DV clearance.
