What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery
Ensuring all children receive rich, stimulating experiences that support their age and stage of development
Building positive, open working relationships with staff, parents, and carers
Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare practice
Helping to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of staff development
Assisting with occupancy targets and contributing to the commercial success of the nursery
Actively resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner
