Job Title: CNC Grinder

Location: Leicestershire

Hourly Rate: £16.80 per hour

Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM (Mon - Thurs) 6AM - 11:30AM (Fri)

The Company:

A well established precision engineering company within the aerospace industry.

The Candidate:

Experience in the operation of RSS and Okuma Experience preferred or any external grinding experience.
Experience of working within busy Manufacturing environment.
Experience setting Grinding Machines.

The Role:

To use gauges, micrometers, shadow graphs to ensure parts are conforming to the drawing.
Self-certification of personal work.
To prove out programs so they are in line with the correct timings in accordance with our manufacturing and quality standards.
Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
Responsible for producing SPC charts and records.
Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis.
