As CRM Email Specialist you will play a key role in shaping and scaling automated email journeys, with a strong focus on performance, customer value, and alignment with the brand.

Description

Scale automated email journeys across the lifecycle, ensuring efficiency & well-structured emails
Including working with logic flows, data inputs, audience rules, and ongoing testing to ensure the system is both high performing and scalable
The goal is to ensure the email programme is effective, measurable, and aligned with commercial and brand goals
Contribute to email engagement and help drive better results
Understand how email fits into the broader customer strategy
Interpret CRM data and translate it into actionable email strategies
Currently use Salesforce, including its Data Cloud setupProfile

Comfortable working independently with a strategic mindset and a clear sense of ownership
Proactive and hands-on, able to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and follow through with delivery
Naturally collaborative and confident working with different teams across the business
Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing principles, including personalisation, journey design, segmentation, and testing
Confident managing and scaling automation flows that are sophisticated, consistent, and results-driven
Familiar with performance tracking and optimisation techniques
Experience working with at least two different CRM platforms
Comfortable writing or reviewing customer-facing copy with clarity and purpose
