Lead firm-wide business development strategy and enhance overall brand visibility
Drive targeted BD initiatives and deliver impactful marketing campaigns
Plan and manage high-profile events to support client engagement and growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and boost market presence
Combine strategic thinking with practical execution to support continued firm successBusiness Development Manager Experience:
This role suits a BD/Marketing professional with at least:
Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in BD/Marketing, with experience in a legal or professional services environment
Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills
Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performing environment
Confident with CRM systems, Document Management Systems, and Microsoft 365
Flexible approach to working hours, including support for early or evening events
