Commercial Property Solicitor | Stockport | 1-5 Years PQE

A well-established firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your caseload while benefiting from the guidance of an experienced Partner who remains actively involved in all areas of commercial property.

What you’ll do:

Manage a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, investment work, and development projects

Provide clear, practical advice on leases and property agreements

Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Contribute to business development activities

What we’re looking for:

1–5 years’ PQE in commercial property

Strong understanding of land law and commercial property transactions

Confident managing your own workload and working collaboratively

Highly organised, detail-driven, and client-focused
