The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Year 3 Teacher to join us from September 2025. This full-time, permanent position is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate a key stage 2 class, guiding children through a critical stage of their primary education.

You will be responsible for:

Delivering engaging, well-planned lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements for Year 3

*

Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a love of learning

*

Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet diverse learning needs, including supporting pupils with SEND and EAL

*

Collaborating with colleagues across the school to develop and share best practices

*

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community to promote positive outcomes

*

Contributing to whole-school initiatives and extracurricular activities

We Are Looking For

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3

*

A solid understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment frameworks

*

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young learners

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues

*

A reflective and adaptable approach, with a commitment to professional development

*

Enthusiasm for creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment
