Join a leading Facilities Management company providing expert services across Bristol and the South West. We’re currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Plumber with strong commercial and domestic experience, who can also assist with general fabric works.

Role Overview:

As a key member of their mobile engineering team, you will deliver a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service across a variety of client sites. This includes work on plumbing, sanitation, and drainage systems in both domestic and commercial settings. The role will involve a combination of planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, installation, upgrades, and general building fabric repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver repairs and maintenance to plumbing, drainage, and sanitation systems.

Undertake fault-finding, system upgrades, and new installations.

*

Carry out minor fabric repairs and assist with general building maintenance.

*

Respond to reactive works, prioritising plumbing and drainage issues.

*

Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (as required).

*

Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety legislation, company policy, and client standards.

*

Accurately complete all required paperwork and job reports.

*

Provide clear engineering condition reports and quotes as needed.

*

Conduct logbook audits and maintain professional customer interaction

Essential:

*

Minimum of one recognised Plumbing trade qualification (e.g., City & Guilds).

*

Proven experience in both commercial and domestic plumbing.

*

Competency in drainage systems, sanitation, and fault diagnosis.

*

Sound understanding of health and safety requirements.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

Good customer-facing and communication skills.

Preferable:

*

Basic competency in other trade disciplines (fabric, electrical, or mechanical).

*

Experience with Legionella control / L8 compliance.

Desirable:

*

Multi-skilled background with additional certifications in fabric or mechanical trades.
