What You’ll Do:

Lead the coordination of SEND across the school, including EHCPs and support plans

Manage a team of LSAs and contribute to wider pastoral strategy

Oversee targeted intervention, access arrangements, and student transition

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status and SENCO Award (or willing to complete)
