Cover Supervisor - Tonbridge Flexible Secondary School Cover | Variety of School Settings

Our specialist education recruitment team is supporting a number of secondary schools in Tonbridge who require dependable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day absence cover.

This role offers a great balance of classroom experience and flexibility, allowing you to work in different school environments while gaining valuable skills.

The role will involve:

Leading classes using lesson materials provided by teaching staff

Ensuring students remain on task throughout the lesson

Managing behaviour in line with school policies

Communicating any issues or concerns to school leaders
