Job Title : Receptionist
Location : Victoria, London
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent
Hours : 40 hours per week, on a rolling Rota basis
Shifts : Monday to Sunday, with shifts between 7AM - 3PM or 3PM - 11PM
Salary : £26,000 per annum
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join hotel in Victoria, London. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
·Front Desk Management : Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised and well-maintained. Answer direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
·Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues. Respond to queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to relevant team. Build strong relationship with clients and stakeholders.
·Administrative Tasks : Manage the diary and scheduling system for meetings and appointments. Handle mails, packages, and deliveries. Maintain accurate records and database.
·Communication and Teamwork : Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients. Provide support to other departments as needed.
·Health and Safety : Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Ø Experience : Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Ø Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Customer Service : Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ø Organization : Ability to multitask, priorities tasks, and maintain accuracy.
Ø Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships
