We handle exclusive, retained assignments with salaries ranging from £75,000 to £200,000.

Our Core Services:

1. Priority-Hire: Recruiting senior-level professionals with salaries exceeding £100K.

2. Multi-Hire: Managing multiple mid to senior-level hires and navigating competitive markets.

3. Opti-Hire: Providing talent acquisition guidance to enhance clients' hiring systems.

We Are Looking For A Partner to join us as a Director to drive business growth, collaborate, and build sales.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Executive search recruitment

* Managing multi-hire campaigns and RPO

* Delivering talent acquisition consultancy

* Strategic partner and client meetings

* Qualifying candidates and assessing opportunities

Salary & Benefits:
