IT Trainer - Professional Services - Bristol (Hybrid Working)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (with some flexibility depending on experience)
A leading UK professional services firm is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Trainer to join its internal IT Training team in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape and support the digital learning experience for colleagues across the firm's national network.
Reporting to the IT Training Team Leader and working as part of a collaborative team, the IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions and producing high-quality digital learning content. The role plays a vital part in enabling teams to confidently use a wide range of business-critical applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver IT induction training to new starters and provide ongoing training for existing employees
Plan and coordinate training programmes aligned with business and technology requirements
Create and maintain digital learning content, including videos and e-learning modules, using tools such as Microsoft Sway, SnagIt, Camtasia, Captivate, and Articulate Storyline 360
Manage content on the firm's learning management system (LMS)
Ensure all training materials are current, consistent, and professionally presented
Respond to training-related queries via the team mailbox
Support technology change initiatives through tailored training solutions
Gather and analyse feedback to enhance training quality and relevanceCandidate Profile:
Background in IT training or technical support, ideally within a professional services setting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable learning and delivering training on new software platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in delivering virtual and in-person sessions
Highly organised with good attention to detail and a proactive approach
Willingness to attend the Bristol office occasionally, with occasional travel to other locations if neededWhat the Firm Offers:
