Currently a reputable client of ours is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who ideally has had previous experience working in the drylining market. This company regularly work on contracts ranging from £100k - £8m and specialise in such services as; drylining, plastering, ceilings, & partitions.

They have excellent clients on board who are some of the biggest names in the fit out sector. This has allowed them to work on some of the most prestigious projects that are popping up all over Central London and are currently building the most; professional, skilled, and driven team in order to ensure excellent high quality finishes for each package.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

* Project account management

* Variations

* Monthly applications

* BlueBeam take-off software

* Bill of Quantities

* Material and Labour budgets

* Monthly cost reporting

Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

* Ideally would have previous experience working for a construction sub-contractor such as - Drylining, Carpentry, Joinery, Brickwork, Facades, etc

* At least 3+ years experience working as a QS

* A degree is highly desirable but not essential.

* Good communication skills and presentable appearance.

* Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management, including direct contact with our clients.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Package:

* Salary up to £80k (depending on experience) along with a great benifits package.
