Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out (Nights)
Location: Bolton and Trafford.
Shift: Night Shifts – 10 Hours

Project: Large Retail Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Approach Personnel are seeking an experienced Hands-On Site Manager for a large retail fit-out and refurbishment project. This is a night-shift role working 10-hour shifts on a fast-paced, high-profile retail scheme.

The Role:

Overseeing and managing all on-site operations during night works

*

Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure programme deadlines are met

*

Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site

*

Ensuring quality control across all aspects of the fit-out

*

Being hands-on where required – leading from the front

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing retail fit-out/refurbishment projects

*

Strong background in joinery (essential)

*

SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid (preferred/required depending on your needs)

*

Ability to manage trades effectively and drive programme

*

Strong communication and leadership skills
