Are you/do you have the following?
✅Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management

✅Knowledge of PAS2030/PAS2035

✅Retrofit/Construction background

✅A good understanding of a range of building services systems – heating, insulation and ventilation systems

✅Proficient with technology due to a lot of systems being used

✅ A valid UK driving license

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Ensure PAS 2035 compliance.

* Liaising with Retrofit Assessor’s and Installer’s.

* Lodging Retrofit projects into the Trustmark Data Warehouse.

* Completing compliance checks of project documentation and evidence for multiple concurrent PAS 2035 projects.

* Being a point of contact for clients and team members.
