A Chorleywood school is looking for an SEN Teacher to deliver high-quality teaching for pupils with additional learning needs, ensuring all students reach their full potential.

The Role at a Glance

Plan and deliver SEN-focused lessons
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Track pupil progress and report outcomes
What You’ll Be Doing

Assess pupil needs and create personalised learning plans
Implement interventions and monitor progress
Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Who We’re Looking For

QTS or equivalent
Experience supporting pupils with SEND
Patient, approachable, and child-focused
Excellent communication skills
