Registered Manager – Preston (Brand New EBD Home)
Location: Preston
Salary: £60,000 per annum

BRB Recruit are working with a forward-thinking provider opening a brand new children’s home for children with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) in Preston. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead from day one, shape the culture, and establish outstanding care practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the home as Registered Manager

*

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

*

Establish operational systems, care plans, and policies from scratch

*

Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and safeguarding regulations

*

Build strong relationships with local authorities and external partners

*

Monitor outcomes and continuously improve the service for children

Requirements:

*

Registered Manager status (essential)

*

Strong leadership experience in residential childcare, ideally with EBD experience

*

Knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements

*

Level 3 or above in relevant childcare/care qualification

*

Full UK driving licence (desirable)

*

Ambitious, hands-on, and ready to lead a brand new home
