Working Hours: 8:15am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full academic year (September 2025 – July 2026)

Role Responsibilities:

Support students in KS3 and KS4 classes, including those with mild to moderate SEN

*

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)

Assist with classroom-based learning and behaviour management

Support teachers in developing and implementing engaging, differentiated lessons

*

Help students develop confidence, independence, and academic progress

*

Participate in CPD sessions, training, and wider school life

Candidate Requirements:

A graduate with a strong academic record and interest in education

*

Experience working with young people or SEN is beneficial but not essential

*

Confident, enthusiastic, and ready to work in a fast-paced secondary environment

*

Interested in a career in teaching, youth work, or educational support

*

Able to commit full-time from September 2025 through to July 2026
