Customer Service Advisor - Contact Centre
Location: Ringwood | Hours: 40 paid hours per week (flexible shifts between 7am-10pm, including occasional weekends)
Salary: Competitive | Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We're recruiting on behalf of a dynamic contact centre who support a variety of exciting magazine and subscription brands - from pop culture to crafts, sci-fi to sports. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding via phone, email, live chat and social media to deliver a first-class service.
What you'll be doing:
Handling inbound customer enquiries
Managing queries through calls, email and webchat
Delivering quick, professional and friendly support
Using internal systems to track and resolve issues
What we're looking for:
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Good IT skills; knowledge of Word and Excel is a bonus
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
