Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance engineers across all shifts.
Plan and oversee preventative maintenance schedules and engineering projects.
Manage budgets, resources, and third-party contractors effectively.
Ensure safety compliance, engineering standards, and continuous improvement.
Monitor performance, track KPIs, and report progress to senior management.
About You:

Proven experience managing maintenance or engineering teams in manufacturing/food production.
Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, CMMS systems, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
Strategic thinker with experience optimising team performance and maintenance processes.
