About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Reception Teacher to join our dedicated team from September. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering the opportunity to work with our youngest learners and make a positive impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception-aged children, using a range of teaching strategies and resources.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore and learn.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining regular communication to support children's progress and well-being.
Assess children's learning and development, using formative and summative assessment methods to inform planning and differentiate instruction as needed.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote continuity and progression in children's learning experiences.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in Early Years/Foundation Stage, ideally in a Reception setting.
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its application in practice.
A passion for working with young children, with the ability to inspire and motivate them to learn and grow.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Pay  

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS status and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
